EF Creative is an environmentally conscious design agency. We all love dipping our toes in the edge of the ocean, hiking through our incredible national parks, and driving down our rural highways looking at our untouched country plains. As a result, we strive to reduce our impact on the environment and preserves natural resources. Without compromising the outcome of your creative solutions we try to use a little less paper, emit a little less carbon, and produce a little less waste every day, so that we can all continue experiencing the things we love in life.

Our People

Emily PapettasLead Designer

Emily has always had a passion for everything creative. Her studies at Deakin included graphic design, fine arts, photography, public relations and marketing. Inspired by her mother Leanne FitzGerald, who managed Coonara Community House for 20 years, Emily has developed a special connection to the not-for-profit sector. EF Creative works with a range of community houses, schools, charities and other organisations, offering reduced fees for small not-for-profit organisations. Emily’s passion lies in print media, thought she has also developed a variety of skills in digital design, including website design and tutorials, creating email campaigns, and assisting with the management of social media. She hopes to see EF Creative continue to thrive in the future, maintaining a strong focus on environmentally conscious design choices without compromising creative solutions.

Jess HardyGraphic Designer & Creative Strategist

Jess has a double degree in communication design and marketing, and has worked in the design industry for over seven years in Melbourne, London and Sydney. Her experience in developing creative for print, digital and environmental mediums ranges from design research and strategy, branding, marketing campaigns, event production and collateral design. She believes the key to a successful project is good communication between client and designer, and is interested in using creativity to help people and the planet through sustainable practices and solutions.

Travis O'DellGraphic Designer & Illustrator

Travis studied at Swinburne University of Technology, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Design (Communication Design), minoring in Illustrative Media and Digital Media Design. Illustration and branding design is where his passion really lies, though he also enjoys publication design, typography and communication design strategies. Travis has lived and breathed art and design for as long as he can remember. He grew up with a love for drawing and cartoons (pretty much anything to do with the fantasy and science-fiction genres) and was all over it. When Travis had the chance to study branding design in detail during his second year, he realised how much he truly loves semiotics, branding and logo design.

Andrew PapettasBusiness Development Officer

After his medical discharge from the Australian Army, Andrew delved into a new passion – business. His skills and knowledge were developed while successfully managing his own business in custom sportswear for a number of years. Andrew learned about digital marketing and communications, customer experiences, planning and goal setting strategies and business management, on the job. He now guides and assists us in the management and development of EF Creative. Andrew offers advice and direction when we need it most and is an amazing motivator and team player, dedicating his spare time to helping us grow our business.
